Questions about the Journal

Who writes the Journal articles?

The Journal articles are published by the Crigan Massaggi studio in Turin and written by Mihail Crigan, a DIABASI®-qualified sports massage practitioner, based on the questions his clients ask him most often.

Do the articles replace a doctor's advice?

No. The articles are for general information and do not replace diagnosis or treatment: if the pain is severe, persistent or started after an injury, you should see a doctor. When a clinical assessment is needed, Crigan Massaggi works with a physiotherapist and a physiatrist.

How do I choose the right massage for my problem?

Start from the problem: for the neck, neck massage; for the back and muscle knots, deep tissue massage; for sport, sports massage; for swelling and fluid retention, lymphatic drainage; for oils and stretching, Thai Oil; for stress, the Hawaiian massage. The package and prices are on the offers page. The studio is in Borgo San Paolo, near Santa Rita and Cenisia; directions are on how to get here. If in doubt, ask Mihail Crigan on +39 334 858 8535.
