How many sessions are needed?

It depends on the discomfort, lifestyle and age. In Mihail’s experience, people aged 18–40 who train often need about 5 sessions; people aged 40–65 often need about 10. Every case is different.

How long is a session and how often?

A session lasts 60 minutes on average. For muscle-pain work, leave at least three days between sessions — no more than two a week.

Which products are used?

Only 100% pure organic oils. Some techniques add essential oils (sweet orange, lemon, eucalyptus, cinnamon) or coconut oil for Lomi Lomi.

How much does it cost?

60 € for 60 minutes, any technique. The 10-session pack is 500 € (50 € per hour). Details are on the offers page.

Does massage replace a doctor?

No. It is a wellness treatment (Law 4/2013). For acute pain, injury, illness or pregnancy, ask your doctor first.
