How to choose
Each technique has a clear aim. If your case is not listed, describe it to Mihail on the phone and he will suggest the most suitable treatment.

Neck and cervical massage — pressure and gentle stretching of the neck muscles.
Back, arm or leg tightness
Deep tissue massage — work on trigger points where tension builds.
Training, races, running, gym
Sports massage — preparation and recovery after effort.
Stress and the need to switch off
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi — flowing work with coconut oil.
National sports-massage diploma (224 hours, 2017) plus a DIABASI® certificate for each of the other seven techniques.
Mihail Crigan treats every client himself. There is no front desk and no rotation of operators.
Only pure, organic oils. Essential oils are chosen for the effect you want from the session.
Massage here is a wellness treatment under Italian Law 4/2013. It does not replace a doctor. If you need a closer assessment, a physiotherapist and a physiatrist can be involved through Dr Oriano Casamenti at STUDIO RONEFOR.
