The booking form on the booking page and the purchase form for the 10-massage pack on the offers page do not store your data on this site: they send it to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service of Devro LABS that receives the form data and forwards it by email to Crigan Massaggi's inbox, criganmassaggi@gmail.com. FormSubmit acts as a data processor: it handles the data only to deliver the message, under its own privacy policy.
The data sent is what you type in the form: for a booking, your full name, email, phone number, and the chosen day and time; for the pack, your first and last name, email, address (street, postcode, city) and Italian tax code (codice fiscale). It is used to confirm your appointment, or to handle the purchase and issue the invoice. Like any internet request, sending a form also tells FormSubmit your device's IP address.
FormSubmit is a third-party service based outside the European Union: Devro LABS is reported to be based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and the FormSubmit website does not say in which country its servers are located. When you send a form, your data may therefore be transferred to and processed outside the European Union.
