Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar tools, such as the browser's session storage (sessionStorage), keep information only while the tab stays open. Below you will find all the ones this site actually uses, divided into three groups: technical ones, which are always on, and those for statistics and for external content, which are only activated if you accept them.

• aicms_cc: this site's cookie that remembers the choices you make in the cookie banner (statistics yes or no, external content yes or no), so we do not ask you on every page. It lasts 182 days, about six months.
• aicms_session_id and aicms_timezone: data saved in the browser's session storage, not cookies. They contain a random session code and the browser's time zone, and are deleted when you close the tab. They are sent to the statistics only if you have accepted them.
• aicms_utm_source, aicms_utm_medium, aicms_utm_campaign, aicms_utm_term and aicms_ref: these are also kept in session storage and only appear if you arrive from a link containing these parameters, for example a social media post. They are used to understand which link the visit started from and are deleted when you close the tab.

These tools do not require consent, because they make the site and the banner work.

Visit statistics are first-party: they are collected by the platform that hosts the site, on its servers in the European Union. The site does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party measurement service.

If you accept statistics (the analytics category in the banner), the site records the page visited, the page you came from, your browser and language, the session code, the time spent on the page and clicks on the main buttons, such as «Book» or «Call». If you do not accept them, only the fact that the page was viewed is counted, without a session code and without browser data.

Google Maps map. The Contact page contains a Google Maps map, a service of Google Ireland Limited. The map only loads if you accept the category called marketing in the banner. On this site that category is used only for this: there are no adverts or advertising pixels. If you do not accept, a box appears in place of the map with buttons to accept and show the map or to open it on Google Maps. Once loaded, Google may save cookies and other data in your browser, receive data such as your IP address and transfer data outside the European Union, according to Google's rules: how Google uses cookies and Google's privacy policy. The other pages do not load the map: they only contain links that open Google Maps in a new tab.

Videos. The videos on the massage pages are hosted on this same site and are played with the browser's own player: they do not load external services and do not set third-party cookies.

External links. The links to WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, X and Google reviews are simple links: they load nothing until you open them. Once opened, the rules of the service you have chosen apply.

To draw the graphics, every page loads the Tailwind CSS code from cdn.tailwindcss.com. Like any request on the internet, this tells the provider your device's IP address, but it does not save cookies. The fonts are served from this same domain.

You can change your mind whenever you like, even after accepting: your new choices apply from that moment.

You can also delete cookies from your browser settings. If you delete aicms_cc, the banner will ask you for your choices again.
