My story
My name is Mihail and I am a sports massage practitioner. I offer targeted massages for muscular and psychosomatic problems linked to sport and everyday life: knots, stiffness, and tension caused by posture and stress.
I have attended several massage courses and, over time, I have built my own method, which brings together many techniques from all over the world. It is designed especially for people who suffer from neck pain, sciatica and muscle spasms.
For me every client is a person, not an appointment in the diary: I treat each case separately and thoroughly, starting from the problem you contacted me about and working on both the symptom and what causes it, for results that last. At my studio I guarantee the utmost seriousness and confidentiality.
The method
The Crigan Massaggi method comes down to three concrete commitments to everyone who walks into the studio.
Treatments carried out with in-depth knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, to work in the right place with the right pressure.
Specific massages combined with essential oils and exercises, to act on both the causes and the effects of muscle problems. The oils are 100% pure and organic.
Seriousness, confidentiality and respect for the client and their personality, from the first contact to the end of the session.
“If I haven't made you feel better, I don't deserve to be paid.”
Mihail Crigan's motto: for him the client's opinion and the result matter more than money. That is why he invites everyone to try a treatment and judge for themselves.
Training
Mihail Crigan trained at DIABASI® Scuola Professionale di Massaggio, an accredited training school certified to ISO 9001:2015. In 2017 he obtained the national diploma “Operatore in massaggio sportivo” (sports massage practitioner, 224 hours in total) and, for every other technique offered at the studio, he attended a specific course with a final certificate. A wellness massage practitioner works in a profession that is not organised into professional orders or registers, governed by Italian Law no. 4 of 14 January 2013. It is not a healthcare profession: Mihail does not diagnose or prescribe treatment, but works on the well-being of the muscles and the person.
If a problem calls for a more thorough assessment, the studio offers the option of a consultation with a physiotherapist and a physiatrist, thanks to the collaboration with Dr Oriano Casamenti of STUDIO RONEFOR. Mihail does not replace a physiotherapist or an osteopath: when a clinical assessment is needed, the studio works with Dr Oriano Casamenti (STUDIO RONEFOR).
